How to Prepare for Your Botox Appointment
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 24–48 hours before your appointment to minimize bruising.
Come with a clean face (no makeup if possible).
Let us know if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
What to Expect During Treatment

Avoid rubbing the treated area for at least 4 hours.
Skip workouts, laying down flat, facials, or massages for the rest of the day.
You may see small bumps at injection sites for 15–60 minutes.
